We have some fun things in store for you tonight!

First, another custom marking auction! These are auctions which you can bid on to have our lovely Head Artist create an entirely new marking for! There are some changes to this system from previously, so please pay attention!

• Markings will be for only the one breed that you choose!
• Markings can be anything within the original line-art of the breed. This can be your name scrawled across the dog of choice, if you so wish it, but nothing outside of the line art can exist!
• All Auction Bids must be submitted on the Custom Marking #2 Auction thread!

Auctions will expire on Friday, October 21st at 6:00PM Alacrity time! But we have a NEW RULE! To prevent Auction sniping, these auctions do not have a hard stop. They will end 10 minutes after the last bid for the auction post the ending time. This will give you all the necessary time to bid exactly how much you want to bid :D

Second, don't forget about our awesome art and writing contests! These contests will be ending on Friday, October 14th -- so be sure to get your submissions in!

The Riddler

... has put a new riddle up for you to ponder over! Can you beat him?

I'm sure all of you have noticed a few changes around here lately :) We've been working on some new features, as well as modifying existing ones!

First, Kennel Sorting! You can now create "groups" within your kennel for easier sorting of your pups. On your kennel page, there's a new link at the top called "Manage My Kennels". You can create and demolish kennels on this page. All of the rules and associated fees are also located on this page! Keep in mind that kennels will appear in the order you create them (the first you create will appear at the top of your My Kennel page, as well as in the newly sorted drop down boxes!).

Also added to the Kennel page are two new buttons. Use these to "Hide All Markings" or "Show All Markings" for the dogs in your kennel :D This feature is available for upgrades only. The default for markings has also been adjusted--dog profiles will show unless you tick the box to hide them on the dog's profile! (Note that Dog Notes are hidden by default.)

Next, the new Merchant Upgrade! This can be purchased on the Bones Exchange page by simply selecting the correct option in the drop down and exchanging 15 Bones for the feature! The Merchant Perk grants you 15% of all main store items, two free Shop Readers each month (one on the 1st and one on the 15th), you won't have to pay to post adverts, and you can list two additional adverts per six hour period!

We've also updated the drop down menu on the Bones Exchange page to be more in tune with the current economy. This means an increased rate at which you can buy game currency, more breedings earned per Bone, as well as an increase in the cost of the perks. Additionally, the forever upgrade option is available again for the month of October for 75 Bones :)

I'm sure a lot of you also noticed that you now have an advert on your side bar. This was moved from the top of the page and is now visible for everybody, including upgrades. This was not a mistake or an error in coding; this new advert is needed to help cover the costs of hosting, as donations last month didn't seem to cover it all.

Did we forget anything? Eep! I hope not! Oopsie, apparently I did XD Don't forget to go vote in the new poll! This one is about what dog to release next :D
