We know there have been a number of bugs with the new security updates; particularly those involving setting a new password. We ask that you try a few troubleshooting steps of your own before submitting an issue to the issue hub!
If you were having difficulties setting your password from your user profile, the bug that cropped up with that has been fixed - please simply try it again :)
If the password you set doesn't seem to be letting you log in, please use the "Lost Password" link located in the login window. You can have a reset password sent to your registered email that way.
If all else fails, please submit and issue to the bug issue hub to have your circumstances looked into and addressed. You will likely be doing this from your side account and that's OK, provided your accounts are linked. We cannot give password information out for unlinked accounts.
If you cannot log into Alacrity at all because of this bug (and therefore probably cannot submit a bug hub issue), please email your account # to
kaelizilla@alacritysim.com to have your password reset manually and the temporary password emailed to your account. Please note that the account # MUST have the email from which you sent your request listed as the email verified by your account. Otherwise, we cannot reset your password due to security issues. Please include "Password Reset" in the SUBJECT LINE of your email so that we can address your problem more quickly.
