Just a quick announcement for those who noticed the change to Porch Background in Scenic Route...

I've worked out a compromise for items that need redoing to get them up to par with our current standards of quality. Rather than completely replace main shop items, the old version would simply be taken out of stock, and the new item treated as just that; a new item. That way, those of you who like the old version can still keep it, they just won't restock in the shops anymore. Currently, this only applies to Porch Background, which will soon be out of the shops, and Cabin Porch Background (by Xylax) will take its place. The old background has been restored, so you can refresh your dog's image or press F5 on your inventory page to get it back. :}

I do apologize for any inconvenience, and we won't run into this problem again in the future. <3

This month's Upgrade Only and Donate Only item is the Bandana of Youth (by Carni), which, when applied, reverts your adult dog back into puppies! This is not a limited use item, and can be equipped and unequipped as many times as you want. It does not affect the actual aging of your dog! Currently, this item only works on the Pembroke Welsh Corgi and the Papillon, but will work on the other breeds when their puppy images are completed and added to the system, so if you're not a breeder of Corgis and Paps, don't fret! You will be able to use the item on other breeds in the near future. :} This item will be available for donations later today, so be sure to wait until you see the following icon at the top of the donation page!


Currently, I have made puppy-compatible versions of almost everything in Hardcore Pups (main shop), as well as compatible upgrade items so that your puppies don't have to be completely bare. If an item is not compatible with your puppies aged 0-4 months, it will not show up on the image, but will instead appear after your puppy grows up.

A big hats off to Kitty #1518, who coded everything and put up with me pestering her to have everything done before the release date, so that Alacrity's cherished users don't have to wait. You're all integral to Alacrity's success, so we want to make things as convenient and professional as possible for you! From here on out, barring any emergency delays, we intend to continue this trend.

Be sure to thank your artists and coder for all their hard work in making sure this boat keeps floating while Robyn is away. We all aim to make her proud! <3
