auctions has been largely cleaned up to be more friendly towards mobile.

creating bids is not yet finished.
auctions itself is still largely unfinished, but the display was cleaned up. in particular viewing/listing auctions.

several coding errors were cleaned up inside as well. will improve it after site is fully ready for mobile.

priorities now are all guns firing on dog rendering

some generally small but merry improvements.

1. its now much more mobile friendly! works on android/iphone pretty well.

2. included a header for some navigation

3. small code cleanup.

a total inventory rewrite will be coming down the pipes soon, but for now this makes it much more usable :)

at the moment, have to work on the glitches in displaying dogs / other bug fixes
