revised messages are live.

new features:
-trash can. when you delete messages they will be placed in the trash can.

-when you empty your trash, messages will then be deleted.
-any type of account can now create folders, not just upgraded
-inbox limits are now removed. this may be changed in the future if storage becomes an issue.
-general UI improvements
-line breaks in messages
-the message being replied to is now included in the message you are sending, so you can reply in parts.

TODO:
there is a lot to improve in messages. now that its possible to modify, a lot will be done in the future after game features are cleaned up etc.
In particular:
-sent items will also be added.
-bb code cleaned up
-easy way to send to friends list.

this code has now been cleaned up to a degree, and revised for later work.
