“Much better I must say, you’ll be perfect for sparing against Blade, he shouldn’t be able to hurt you…"

"You must be joking..." replied Blade.

Killer couldn't help but smirk but he tried not to act roostery.

"So, what are we training for exactly? Training to harness powers, or to strengthen physical combatant skills?"
The landing still blew up a lot of snow and it flew out to cover the two waiting for Killer’s return. But instead on landing on the cat, the snow blew around, circling and twisting as if caught in an air current, before settling on the ground beside him. There was no such effect for Blade however and the fine covering turned him white again, before he quickly shook it off. Auryn considered killer’s new form for a moment before shrugging and turning to lead them again.

“Much better I must say, you’ll be perfect for sparing against Blade, he shouldn’t be able to hurt you…â€

Blade Froze in his tracks and glanced up at the gigantic form of the dragon looming over him.

“You must be joking….†He said in dismay.

Auryn just chuckled and carried on walking.
((Ouch! Stuff like that makes me cringe...Although I oddly enjoy watching it..lol I still haven't figured that out.))

“Oh oi? Shapeshifter are ye? A rare ability I must say!â€
Killer nodded slightly, he'd just recently learned about his ability. His parents mentioned it to him but he is still puzzled as to why a Worgen out of all the creatures in the world.

“Now I spotted a likely looking place over on them plateaus to train when I was about earlier...†Auryn said, Killer wondered what exactly he meant by training as he followed him out of the cave. The weather was far more pleasant, no chilly wind penetrating to the skin.

“Tell me lad, have you trained before?†Auryn asked him.

"Not really, I have been in many fights but I never trained for them."

He felt a pang in his chest as he remembered trying to fight off the other dragons. There were far to many. He considered himself a skilled fighter but never really put much thought into it, he just acted off instinct.

He could no longer handle feeling like an oven, his thick Worgen coat was becoming a bit to much in the warmer weather.

"Be right back."

He spread out his blood red wings...They were alien to him, his normal wings were teal with white stripes. After a 360 scan he spotted an area big enough and powerfully lifted himself up to the ledge.

He hovered for a moment then tucked in his wings, falling just a few feet before catching himself. ...Okay so how did he do this before?

Killer closed his eyes and concentrated, he pictured his normal self and tried to will it. It was working, he grew larger, his neck became longer, his body more reptilian-like. He felt the comfort of standing on four legs instead of two.

It felt good to be out of that canine body. His wings were larger, broader, and normal again. No more blood red, just his old teal and white self, with the black clawed tips.

His vision is more enhanced as a dragon, like a bird of prey. He spotted Blade and Auryn down below. The shadow cast by his wings as he spread that out covered most of the platform, and with a powerful push downward fresh snow shot up into the air.

After careful aiming he tucked in his wings and dropped down near Blade and Auryn, thing to be as compact as possible.

"Okay, much better."
((Sorry for not replying in so long! I cut the end of my thumb off last week and have been suffering badly from it. ^^;))

“Nay need to wurry abou’ it, we’ve all been there at some point.†Auryn said softly as he walked outside, Blade following him out. The cat paused to breath in the cool air before replying to Killer’s remark. “Oh oi? Shapeshifter are ye? A rare ability I must say!†He seemed to be looking across the landscape for orientation “Now I spotted a likely looking place over on them plateaus to train when I was about earlier...†he said to noone in particular, then apparently finding the area he was looking for, trotted off in that direction. He glanced over the edge of the cliff briefly when he neared it, his sharp eyes perhaps spotting something far below. He discarded it quickly though and carried on his way, seemingly unconcerned as to whether the other had followed him or not.

“Tell me lad, have you trained before?†Auryn asked Killer conversationally after a while.
“I haven’t.†Blade muttered quietly from somewhere behind. He was feeling uncertain of what would happen next and trailing quietly behind.
((Oh and "Dakar" is on my side account, so if there isn't a post from that. Don't sweat it, it's probably due to writers block.))
He thought for a few moments, trying to come up with a reasonable response.

"Sure, I will gladly join you in your training." He hesitated for a moment "Sorry if I came off strong, I honestly have nothing now. I hate living without a purpose. I'd rather die at my companions side than alone."

Auyrn spoke, “I think we have wasted enough of the light already though, perhaps we should get on?â€

Killer nodded in agreement. He stretched out and shook his cold, stiff limbs.

"I can't wait to get in some nice warm air...Oh and if you think I am big now, just wait." he smirked.
Auryn and Blade glanced at each other at Killer’s request, then Auryn shrugged, it was Blade’s decision in the end.

“It will be a dangerous journey.†Blade said uncertainly, looking back at Killer. “Even for someone of your size and strength. Not something to get into lightly.â€

There was an empty silence then Auryn added.

“Perhaps ye would prefer to accompany us while we train in these mountains, then decide whether you wish to join us further? There nay be reason to make a commitment right now.†He smiled warmly “But a large lad like you would always be a bonnie addition.â€

He moved to go back outside, “I think we have wasted enough of the light already though, perhaps we should get on?â€
Dakar approached the vast snow capped mountains. The wind was chilly and unpleasant, he was not built for the cold. But the town was on the other side, he had to pass.
He jogged to the base, the sound of his feet hitting the ground was like a rhythm. Soon to be drowned by whistling winds.
He felt so good finally being able to sleep. But his new body was still weird, short, furry, and small compared to his long dragon-self.

He rolled over onto his side, being careful of his wings. He pulled his eyelids open and blinked several times.
Blade and Auryn were awake.

"Good Morning." grinned Killer.

"Hey, I have been meaning to ask you." he paused for a moment, "Are you guys going somewhere? I have nothing, nowhere to go. Would you mind me tagging along? I will fight at your side and serve as a companion."
Light streamed far into the cave before Blade awoke the next morning. He uncurled and looked around blearily as his eyes slowly focused. The light seemed too bright in the dimness and Blade wondered how long he had slept. Stretching, he silently moved to the entrance and stiffly climbed onto the ledge that blocked it. His muscles still ached from his exertions the previous day, and he crawled slowly forward to see out, being careful not to bump his head against the ceiling. White covered everything, but the sky was a clear bright blue and Blade could see far off into the distance. He took a moment to take in the view. It was easy now to see how sharply the mountainside sloped before him, the black rugged rocks only broken up by vast white slopes. Further off trees penetrated the bleakness, filling the valleys like green rivers, and for a moment Blade wondered about how the others had fared.

“Up at last I see?â€

Blade looked down to see Auryn below him.

“The lass is fine before you ask.†The cat said. “I knew you’d be fretting, so I checked as soon as it cleared.â€

Blade bent his ears back and looked away, he hated how he worried about her sometimes, but the pair had been together a while now, and he knew how easily the girl got herself into trouble.

“I shouldn’t be here, we’re wasting time.†He mumbled

“Now don’t be getting like that.†The cat reprimanded “We nay have a clue where to go as it is, and you need a place to practice… or would you rather be risking hurting her? Besides, Root says she’s been pouring over those paper mapy thingies all night, so nay doubt she’ll be heading into the yonder towns. Root says he’ll join her too if she does, would you rather be there?â€

Blade looked down at him surprised. “Root in a human town?†He asked, climbing down from the wall. “It would almost be worth it.â€

“Ai, I don’t think this mountain air agrees with him much.†Auryn chuckled, then looked back up at the gap.

“Has the other stirred yet?†he asked.

(less monologging after this one I should think)
