As I'm sure everyone's noticed at this point, the site has reverted to last week's state of FUBAR. This means that many dog images aren't showing up, and trying to equip things throws error messages and breaks dog images if they had been displaying previously. The chatroom is also not working.
Right now we have access to the database, but not the server, and the server is the source of these problems. We've contacted the site owner again so hopefully some coders will be able to get access and figure out what's going on once and for all. We thought the problem was solved after last time.
For now though, it's a waiting game for all of us. Thank-you all for your continued patience.
I was really happy when i came across this game a few years earlier, and even happier when i got an account. I really had hope for this game. I don't want an apology, i want the game to be fixed.
Yeah. Chatroom - not working, images - broken and unrefreshable, only few players are logging in this game, the investors don't care about the server...it looks like I should look for a better sim game to play.
Hello everyone! Amidst all the problems with images lately (and being temporarily locked out of the database while it was being fixed), we've had to wait until things were back up and running to update the Monthly Shop with our new Valentine's Day surprises.

We're aware of the issues that have been going on with the chat and dog images over the last three days. So far as we can tell right now, the issues are on the server's end of things, not ours. Please be patient! This is affecting everyone, including members of staff.
That's a great idea but not something we can do. We don't even have access to the server at this point -- and to be honest, I'm not sure if it would be possible for us to do that even if we did have access to the server.
As a reminder, the staff running this site -- admins included -- do not own it. We contacted the owner about the issues some time ago, and coders were supposed to be working on the problem.
I see errors saying the picture files aren't valid. I can't see my puppies at all. Seems that someone should stop all puppies aging until this is fixed, because we can't play properly without seeing the pictures. Either that or issue temporary kennel slots to people until the issue is fixed so we can hold them until we see them. This wouldn't even be a problem if we could individually lock dogs, though.
