A person named Aronra on youtube has this series called the The Foundational Falsehoods of Creationism. It's a great series with well thought out script and backed up by alot of scientific evidence. I'm a sociologist and criminologist not a biologist or anything related to biology but I can still follow most of what he says. He does go into about how religion and people in charge of these religions lie to the masses about evolution and other sciences, I totally support him on these points but I know it may turn alot of people off from actually listen to him openly and instead pick and choose what he says defensively. He doesn't just put down religion though, he also gives credit to those who were/are religious who also did alot for science and evolution positively. Creatism is a fringe group, there are more people out there who do not believe in creatism and the US is one of the only first world countries who lets religion push so weight around in the government-such as anti-gay policies like DOMA, allowing "god" to be put into the national anthem and on currency, and so much more. I guess what I'm trying to say with my rambling is that religion has no place in the public sector, in the government, and absolutely have no place trying upsurp scientific theory (which if you don't understand the correct definition of scientific theory, please look it up).
Agreed, Peacelover. I also recall articles a long while back about human's thumbs and tailbones.. can't remember what the article said exactly.
Just want to throw this out there. It seems as though some are arguing that evolution cannot be true because humans are not evolving. This is untrue. This article here talks about how we are still evolving now, basically our brains are gradually becoming smaller, developing mutations against malaria, and adaptions for our bodies to accept certain foods and drinks. Evolution isn't something that stops, its always continuing, and just because it isn't something we can see with the naked eye doesn't mean its not happening.
http://www.livescience.com/7971-humans-evolving-brains-shrink.html
Wikipedia is a credible website, articles that don't link to sources get deleted.

Snakes are in the process of evolving. The "spurs" they have are actually legs that are growing shorter and shorter because they're not needed.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelvic_spur

Slow Worms are actually lizards but lost their legs due to evolution:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anguis

I've given you many answers and you simply claim they're "false" without linking me to non-biased articles proving they're false, so I'm about to just give up this debate as well and carry on with my day :(

I've linked you to apes, horses, snakes, lizards, and hey, even birds using dinosaur-like claws: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoatzin
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Hoatzin_chick.jpg

They all show animals that have evolved, or are in the process of evolving.. and your response has only been "that's false". It's making this topic not enjoyable to discuss.
Changed my mind about commenting on this.
The ONLY reason that I'm repeating the same question, is that I'm not getting an answer.
All you do is claim everything is wrong and then repeat the same questions over and over :/ Wikipedia is not always bad because it lists its sources and you can get info from looking at the sources.
Years ago, Lucy was found to be fraudulent. And Wikipedia is so un-dependable, that you can't even use it for middle/high-school reports. I'm asking again: Show me one creature, that is in the process of evolving, since we have already been on this planet for millions and millions of years. Even the dating process is also found to be in-accurate.
"Where's Monkey Man? When did we stop evolving?! And there should be SOMETHING in the process of evolving."
"Monkey man" would be Lucy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucy_%28Australopithecus%29
However, our species continued to evolve which is how we got where we are today. We're still evolving, but keep in mind that evolution takes millions of years, not 10's of years, not 100's, millions.
We are not monkeys, we're apes. "Apes" being Homo sapiens (humans), gorillas, chimpanzees, orangutans, gibbons, etc.
It would not make sense for us to have a "Monkey Man" running around. I'd say Homo sapiens is doing well enough on it's own today, don't you think? Why would we revert back in evolution if we've succeeded so well so far? Species change with needs and with their environment. This is one of the reasons why even humans to this day look different.

A species does not evolve and have certain members decide to hold back and not evolve, but it DOES branch off into other unique species (unique being, the branched off members have evolved so much that they now form their own unique animals).
Example: Dogs and wolves both belong to the species Canis lupus, however, dogs have evolved and branched off into a subspecies called Canis domesticus. That evolution took millions of years to happen. Dogs have evolved alongside humans and their bodies have changed because they had been living off of our scraps, changing with the environment.

"Even if you can genetically alter similar species, they don't just stand up and walk on two legs, from all fours."
They evolve to do so, yes. They don't just decide "today I'm going to stand up and walk around for the rest of my life", they just slowly lose the need for certain things like walking on all fours.
Horses, for example, started off with four toes. Their outer-most toes grew shorter and shorter until they had only one toe, what we know today as the leg and hoof of the horse. The horse is standing on one toe, the hoof being the toenail.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Horseevolution.png

"How did they get educated? Not only that, but in Geneses (Pit-Lover11 said she/he was a Christian), it says that man is put in-charge of animals. Now, how could THAT be, if you were an animal to start off with?"
How does a child get educated? A long long time ago, people did not have the English language, no, but they did have other methods of interaction, like pictographs, to tell stories to one another.. and who knows, they may have had their own language.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Agawa_Rock,_panel_VIII.jpg

"A theory is only based on opinions, not facts."
The theory of creationism is a theory. Evolution is a theory.

There is tons of evidence to support evolution.
Even though your done, I would like to add this: If the Earth is millions and millions of years old, then I ask again- Where is Monkey Man? We should be in the middle of evolving, if evolution is true.
